Bali:
The wet season is drawing to a close in March and the average annual temperature moving towards its peak of 31°C. Humidity levels are also starting to drop so this is a good month the travel to Bali, especially if you favour peace and quiet on the beaches.
The end of March and beginning of April (depending on the date of the full moon) in Bali is the time for Nyepi, a major purification ritual in the Hindu calendar. The eve of Nyepi is not to be missed, as locals drive evil spirits away from their villages in colourful parades before the start of the new year. Nyepi itself is a day of silence across the island.

Cambodia:
March is a hot, dry month in Cambodia and the ideal time to forget about the country's tourist attractions and head for the coastal beaches and islands to cool down. The resorts will become less crowded this month as will Angkor, but a long walk in the blazing sunshine is not recommended.

March marks the beginning of one of Hong Kong's two high seasons as the average temperature of 21°C, little rainfall and low humidity make it an ideal month for exploring the city and its surrounding countryside.
