The River Kwai Jungle Rafts are floating houses with beautiful natural surrounding and nearby native Mon Village. The complex comprised of 100 twin rooms, all floating on the River Kwai, equipped with shower and proper toilet facilities, restaurant rafts and a bar on board. Jungle Rafts has no electricity, gaslight lamp will be used at night time.
The River Kwai Hotel offers a perfect vacation of privacy and serenity set in a vast private estate. Nestled on the bank of the River Kwai, the hotel is surrounded by a mountain, and backed by a high cliff. Among the accommodation offered to you are the charming thatch-roofed Thai cottages - all rooms are air-conditioned.
Day by day guide
Day 1
Bangkok - Kanchanaburi: Approx. 06:30 hrs, pick up from major hotels in central area of Bangkok and depart to Kanchanaburi. Visit to the War Museum, Cemetery of the Allied Prisoners of World War II, followed by a visit to the World famous bridge over the River Kwai. Then take a long-tailed boat to the River Kwai Jungle Rafts (or River Kwai Hotel), passing by unspoiled mountainous jungle scenery. Check in on arrival, followed by lunch. In the afternoon, take an exciting boat ride downstream to Resotel pier and continue to visit the Hell Fire Pass Memorial. Dinner and then a 40-minute presentation of traditional 'Mon' dances by the villagers.
Overnight at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts (L/D)
Day 2
Kanchanaburi: Breakfast at hotel, morning at your leisure and then lunch at the resort, followed by a visit to the Mon Tribal Village. Here, you will have the opportunity to ride an Elephant through the bamboo forest. In the afternoon, check out and transfer to River Kwai Resotel by bamboo rafting. Dinner will be held at the resort.

Day 3
Kanchanaburi - Bangkok: You will enjoy a filling American Breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for lunch at the pier. After lunch, take a historic ride on Death Railway Train, passing lush forest. And continue by air-conditioned transportation to Bangkok. Arrive Bangkok at approx. 18:00 hrs, and then transfer to your hotel.
