Mr R.D. in October 2009Thank you for such great choices in putting together our package to Vietnam and the Philippines. A word about the Philippines....it's wonderful, fabulous people, terrific food and land / seascapes that cater for everyone. Cheap - maybe 20 per cent of UK prices. and..importantly, SAFE. Terrorism is restricted to the south of Mindanao...one of 7107 islands. Encourage people to go! There are virtually no Brits and yet as a beach holiday its islands surpass Thailand, Malaysia, etc.

All I can say is that I'm so glad I did - it's absolutely beautiful. The staff at Faraway Holidays were outstanding and arranged a tailor-made 'island hopping' holiday which was out of this world. What stood out for me was our four days in Boracay with the famed four-kilometre white beach - absolute bliss. Thank you Faraway for first class service you provide every time.

The Filipino people have to be amongst the friendliest I've ever met and made our travels around this magnificent country an absolute joy. My husband loves all water sports and was in his element on this holiday with The Philippines' terrific coastline. A highlight for me was seeing the 2000 year old rice terraces - not to be missed.
